Florentina Holzinger
Studied choreography at the School for New Dance Development (SNDO) in the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten. She created multiple stage works that are touring at international performance festivals. Florentina is Co-Author and Performer of the Webseries ‘Body and Freedom’ that targets the powerlessness of a live audience. Her work explores different modes of female representation trying to find a more liberating space to give expression to the full potential of human physicality.
Their research at BoCA will be a casual and experimental meditation on ideas of dualism: fake vs real, banal vs sublime, hologram vs live subject, artificial vs authentic, avatar vs human, etc…
and will lead up to a live event for the public.
