ONLINE TALKS

Conversations with different guests about Body, Science, Thought, Community, Sustainability, Imagination, in relation to Covid-19, with moderation by Cláudia Galhós, Vítor Belanciano and the Generator team. The conversations are live on the YouTube channel of BoCA Bienal.
Every Wednesday and Friday until at least the 30th of June 2020.

Moderation: Cláudia Galhós

The first guest is the American choreographer Bill T. Jones, an indispensable figure in contemporary dance. Identity, gender, illness or social criticism are issues that inhabit the creative universe of Bill T. Jones, an artist who is divided between the creation, interpretation and artistic direction of the Bill T. Jones / Arnie Zane Company and the New York institution Live Arts. We reflected on the relationship between past and present epidemics (HIV, Covid-19, …) and contemporary artistic practices.
