Talk & Masterclass with Gus Van Sant

An icon of American independent cinema since the end of the 1980s, Gus Van Sant has carved out a singular itinerary, between the underground byways and the boulevards Hollywood has offered him.
On the occasion of the performances of “Trouble” at the Théâtre de la Cité in Toulouse, the director, painter and artist of all trades leads a public conversation and a masterclass about his multifaceted career, including the distinction of “Elephant” with the Palme d’Or at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival, the Oscar nominations and, of course, his debut in dramaturgy as part of BoCA – Biennale of Contemporary Arts 2021.
